HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BODY
Chest: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring that the tape is close under your arms and lies flat across your back.
Sleeve Length: Stand straight and extend your arm out to the side, forming a 90-degree angle with your body. Bend your arm slightly at the elbow. Using a tape measure, start at the centre back of your neck and measure across your shoulder, continuing down the outside of your arm to the desired endpoint for the sleeve length.
Shoulder To Hem: To measure the length from the shoulder to the hem, start at the highest point of the shoulder, where the seam meets the collar. Run the tape measure straight down the front of the shirt, following the natural curve of the fabric, until you reach the bottom hem. This will give you the full length of the garment from shoulder to hem.
